Workshop Parts Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Parts Advisor to join our workshop office. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate excellent time management, organisational and communication skills. You will be passionate about cars and the motor industry.

What you'll do day to day

Support workshop technicians by supplying parts efficiently and accurately

Pre-pick service and customer orders in advance of vehicle arrivals

Order parts including for recalls

Book parts accurately to workshop job cards

Price Vehicle Health Check (VHC) recommendations

Manage back-ordered parts, proactively chasing suppliers and updates

Process, log, and prepare warranty and surcharge parts for return to manufacturers

Maintain clear communication with both the Service and Parts teams to ensure smooth workflow
