Workshop Service Administrator - Turner Commercials
Huntingdon | Full-Time | 25k - 32k PA
We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Workshop Service Administrator to join our busy HGV repair business. You'll be the link between our customers, workshop team, and suppliers - making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Your Day-to-Day:
Book in HGV repairs & servicing jobs
Be the first point of contact for customers
Use R2C to manage jobs & compliance paperwork
Raise purchase orders & invoice customers
Support & coordinate workshop staff
Manage parts stock and reorder when needed
What You'll Need:
Organisational skills & attention to detail
Strong communication skills
IT confidence (R2C experience is a bonus)
Previous workshop/admin experience (preferred)
