The Role
This position involves close collaboration with engineering, project management and production leads within Elemental Energy. We are a small company with all team members covering generic activities that may be outside your normal day to day actions.
The core role, however, involves managing the goods inwards, workshop stores and liaising with Procurement to ensure seamless ordering assembly processes.

Adaptability: Being able to adjust to different wiring requirements, project specifications, and working conditions
The Job
Receiving and checking goods: Accept deliveries, inspect them for damage and accuracy, and process returns.
Inventory management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, update inventory systems, and conduct regular quarterly stock takes.
Stock organisation: Store goods in their designated locations and ensure the stockroom is clean, organized, and safe.
Equipment operation: Safely operate machinery such as forklifts to load, unload, and move stock.
Documentation and administration: Complete necessary paperwork and produce reports as required.
Tooling Certification and Calibration: Ensuring the workshop tools and equipment are kept calibrated and certified, organising required periodic testing and re-certification.
Safety and compliance: Ensure all handling and storage complies with health and safety legislation and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
