Commutable from Wokingham, Woking, Reading, London, Aldershot, Guildford, Basingstoke

40,000 to 50,000 + Days + Premium Overtime +Progression +Training + 25 days Holiday and Pension

Do you have experience working with wood or furniture in a workshop or joinery environment and want to take the next step in your career by leading a small team to keep the workshop running smoothly and efficiently?

The company has been expanding steadily since it was founded over 20 years ago, and now needs a Workshop Team Lead to help drive its continued success.

This role would suit someone with a background in wood or furniture production, experienced in joinery or CNC operation, and looking for a long-term career with an industry-leading business.

The Role:

Lead a bespoke furniture manufacturing workshop Operate CNC machinery Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
The Person:

Experienced in CNC operation Knowledge of wood joinery or furniture manufacturing Ideally some leadership experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
