World Squash is an International Sporting Organisation, which in 2024 became an Associate Olympic Sport. The World Squash Operations Manager Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the World Squash Office.

Key Responsibilities
1. Office and Administrative Support
Assist in the daily operation of the World Squash Office, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism in all activities.
Maintain World Squash's databases, including SPIN (Squash Personal Identification Number), Coach Register, and member contacts.
Manage general enquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer service for all stakeholders.
Maintain World Squash websites and social media channels, updating news, results, and resources as required.
Support financial administration: prepare draft invoices, process payments, and produce monthly PayPal reports.
Assist in organising travel, logistics, and materials for World Squash meetings, Championships, and international events.
Assist in Olympic administrative preparation.
Uphold data protection, confidentiality, and World Squash policies at all times.
2. Event and Meeting Coordination
Support the organisation of World Squash Championships, Board, Executive Committee, and AGM meetings.
Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and follow-up reports.
Assist in the preparation of certificates, plaques, and accreditation materials for events.
Maintain the World Squash calendar of global events and educational activities.
3. Systems, Data, and Platform Management
Assist with maintaining World Squash's digital tools and databases.
Liaise with IT and digital partners to troubleshoot and improve system usability.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and accuracy of all published information.
Produce analytics reports.
4. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
Work collaboratively with colleagues, federations, and education partners across time zones and cultures.
Contribute ideas to improve administrative workflows, digital platforms, and learner experiences.
Provide general support to the Operations Manager and CEO on strategic projects and reporting.
Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Confident user of Microsoft Office 365 and digital systems (experience with Xero, Mailchimp, and membership platforms desirable).
Experience in administration.
Professionalism, discretion, and ability to work independently within a small international team.
Customer-focused, with a friendly and diplomatic manner.
Desirable
Experience working with a sport federation or membership organisation.
Knowledge of basic financial bookkeeping.
