The role:

To lead for an outstanding provision for pupils in the breakfast and afterschool club provision. To Ensure the safety and welfare of pupils through the modelling of appropriate behaviours, direct instruction, and adult led play.



As a Playworker lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering childcare provision to those booked onto our clubs. Your responsibilities will include leading daily activities, providing personal care, food offering, supporting with first aid management, and ensuring the overall well-being of those under your care.



Duties:


Help children with snack preparation and feeding when necessary

Engage children in meaningful activities and provide companionship

Communicate effectively with children and their families

Ensure a safe and clean environment for children
