Job Description

Super Stars offers wrap around care at Ocean Academy and Stanley Green Infant Academy, both in Poole.

Super Stars is part of Little Stars Education Ltd, which has has four sites, based across Poole and Bournemouth, including the nursery, a pre-school and breakfast and afterschool clubs.

We are seeking a Leader to be part of our teams at both Super Stars held at Ocean Academy (ages 8 - 12 years) and Stanley Green Infant Academy (ages 2 - 12 years).

This role is for the breakfast and afterschool clubs, open Monday - Friday 7:30am - to the start of school and the end of the school day - 6pm. Term time only.

Successful candidates will:

Hold a full and relevant Early Years/Education/TA qualification, minimum Level 2 or equivalent. Have experience in leading a team. Be reliable. Have an understanding of safeguarding children. Have experience of working with children and young people. Need a clear and valid Enhanced DBS. Be a team player and work well in a dynamic team, getting 'stuck in' at all times! Strive for high quality care and outcomes. Be approachable, warm and caring. Be enthusiastic and hardworking. Enjoy time with the children, following their lead and interests, with laughter and smiles! Promote and maintain professional relationships with families and others at the school and at Little Stars Day Nursery.
