We are looking for a setting Lead to help manage our
Breakfast and After-school clubs
, creating a safe, welcoming environment where children can play, relax and thrive outside of the school day.
Whether you're a qualified childcare professional returning to work or already working in education and looking to grow into a leadership role - we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of Breakfast and After School Club sessions
Plan and lead a variety of age-appropriate, stimulating activities for children aged 4-11
Supervise
and support team members on site
Foster strong relationships with children, families, and school staff
Maintain a safe environment and ensure full compliance with
safeguarding
and regulatory standards
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare, Playwork, or a related discipline
Experience working with primary school-aged children
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
A thorough understanding of safeguarding principles and procedures
A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate is desirable but not essential
