Wraparound Care Leader (Level 3 Qualified)

Part-time | Competitive pay | Term-time only

We're looking for a caring, confident, and reliable Wraparound Care Leader to join our team and provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment for children before and after school.

About the Role:

As a Wraparound Care Leader, you'll take charge of the day-to-day running of our breakfast and/or afterschool club. You'll lead engaging activities, supervise play and mealtimes, and ensure the well-being of every child in your care.

Hours:

Term-time only (Monday to Friday)

Typical hours:

Afterschool Club: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
(Flexible options depending on availability)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 4-11 Plan and deliver age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities Supervise and support play, snack time, and transitions Maintain records and ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed Work closely with parents, school staff, and support team members
Essential Requirements:

? Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)

? Previous experience working with primary-aged children

? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

? A warm, enthusiastic, and positive attitude

? DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
