Job Description

CK Club are looking for a Wrap around Care Manager to join our team at our site in Kneesall Primary School to lead the day-to-day management of the setting. This will be in line with our company ethos and goals, to deliver the highest standard of care, development, and education by leading a team of staff members.

This role will be roughly 25 hours per week during term time, covering before and afterschool club. During the holidays hours will be increased to 47.5 (45 working hours).

Person Specification:

Essential Criteria

(These are the minimum qualities and levels of skill / experience you must have in order to be selected for interview)

Minimum of a relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS and Ofsted requirements Well organised, a team player, and able to work to tight deadlines. Good IT skills. Able to maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties.
Prior experience in management and/or running a wraparound and holiday care setting would be advantageous.
