Join our dynamic team as a Wraparound Care Site Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating comprehensive, person-centered support for primary age children during breakfast and/or afterschool wrap around care.

This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, foster collaborative relationships, and ensure the delivery of tailored services that promote resilience, growth, and well-being. Your leadership will empower individuals to overcome challenges and thrive within a supportive environment. Hours can consist of breakfast and/or afternoons or vice versa.

Duties



Lead and coordinate the delivery of wraparound services, ensuring they are individualized, culturally sensitive and fun for everyone Supervise and support staff to maintain high-quality care standards. Facilitate team meetings, case reviews, and service planning sessions to promote collaborative decision-making and continuous improvement to our wraparound care provision. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools, colleagues, and families to create a seamless support network. Oversee documentation processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with regulations, and timely reporting of progress. Plan and implement themed activities, games, arts and crafts to enagage children during wrap around care. Minimum level 2 in childcare or relevant qualification required.

Qualifications



Proven experience in childcare, teaching and/or leadership roles required Demonstrated ability to lead staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, community partners, and team members. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
