Wraparound Care Venue Lead

Location: Coldfair Green Primary School, Knodishall, IP17 1UY

Term-Time Only | 12.50 - 13.50 p/h | 22 hours per week

To cover Breakfast Club (7:45am-8:45am) and After School (3:15pm - 6pm)

Lead our wraparound care venue and make a difference every day

We're looking for an experienced, caring and organised

Venue Lead

to oversee our breakfast and after-school clubs at Coldfair Green Primary School.

You'll guide a small friendly team in delivering safe, fun and engaging sessions that give children aged 4 - 11 a brilliant start and end to their school day.

What You'll Do

Create a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment before and after school Lead and supervise a small team delivering high-quality wraparound care Plan and run engaging, age-appropriate activities for children Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and admin tasks are completed to a high standard Build great relationships with children, parents, and school staff

What We're Looking For

Level 2+ qualification in Childcare, Playwork, or similar Experience working with primary-aged children in schools or clubs Leadership or supervisory experience Strong safeguarding knowledge and basic IT skills
