Wraparound Care Team - Venue Lead & Play Worker

Martlesham Primary Academy, IP12 4SS

Term-time only | Breakfast + After School Club (7:45-8:45am & 3:15-6:00pm, Mon-Fri)

Hours:

Venue Lead: 25 hrs/week Play Worker: 22 hrs/week

Pay:

Venue Lead: 12.50 - 13.50 p/h Play Worker: 10.00 - 12.21 p/h

About the Roles

We're looking for caring, positive and reliable people to join our wraparound care team.

You'll help create a warm, fun and inclusive space for children aged 4-11 before and after school.

Venue Lead - What You'll Do

Lead and support a small team Plan fun, engaging play opportunities Build positive relationships with children & parents Ensure safeguarding & wellbeing Keep sessions running smoothly and safely
Ideal for: someone with experience leading or supervising in childcare, clubs or education.

Play Worker - What You'll Do

Support play, activities and routines Join in with crafts, games & active play Help set up and tidy the play space Be a friendly, supportive presence children can rely on
Ideal for: someone with experience working with children (paid or voluntary) and a fun, caring approach.
