Ideally a Level 3 in childcare or QTS
Responsibilities of the role
Working at our before and afterschool clubs, delivery activities such as arts & crafts, den building, laser tag, remote control cars, mindfulness. While also support with breakfast and snacks.
Working with our company values in mind
Ensure the safety of children during wraparound and lunch time sessions.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate sessions
Experience:
Previous experience in childcare or relevant field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with young people
Strong organizational skills to plan and manage sessions.
Patience, resilience, and adaptability when working with young children.
