Wrexham AFC is looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to shape and drive our digital and content strategy as we continue our exciting journey through the English Football League.

About the Role:

As Head of Digital & Content Strategy, you'll report to the Chief Business and Communications Officer and play a key role in evolving the Club's digital presence. You'll lead a multi-channel approach to grow our fanbase, drive engagement and maximise commercial opportunities, while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality content across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver innovative digital marketing and content strategies. Oversee content production across web, social, email, video, and more. Use analytics to track, report and improve digital performance. Manage the Club's marketing automation tools and digital tech stack. Collaborate with internal teams to convert engagement into growth. Maintain brand integrity and elevate global awareness, leveraging the success of Welcome to Wrexham*.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team, aligned with the Club's values. Represent the Club in our ED&I working group.

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record in delivering impactful digital/content strategies. Strong leadership and management experience. Exceptional writing, editing and creative storytelling skills. Deep understanding of social media, digital trends, and fan engagement. Analytical mindset and ability to work at pace. Experience with CRM, CMS, email and automation platforms.

Pay: 41,510.84-97,370.66 per year
