Job Description
Wrexham AFC is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and driven Strength & Conditioning Coach to deliver high-performance support to our Women's and U19 squads.
This exciting role will see you work collaboratively within a professional multidisciplinary team to help enhance player performance, reduce injury risk and maximise availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group S&C sessions across both squads Support rehabilitation and return-to-play programmes Monitor and evaluate player performance and fitness Collaborate on injury prevention, nutrition, and recovery strategies Lead fitness testing and screening Support off-season fitness planning
Essential Requirements:
BSc in Sports Science / Strength & Conditioning UKSCA Accredited or working towards First Aid trained (or willingness to obtain) Experience in football or elite sport Excellent communication, organisation, and teamworking skills
