We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Facilities Manager to take responsibility for all services ISS delivers to the client.

In this role, you will manage the on-site relationship between ISS and the client, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality workplace experience.

As Workplace Facilities Manager, you will ensure close alignment between the on-site account organisation and the expectations set by the Account Manager, always in line with the wider client relationship.

Your role will be to maximise value creation and guarantee operational excellence, providing clear direction and oversight to enable account teams to deliver consistently and positively contribute to the fulfilment of our commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and lead the onsite ISS team to ensure consistent service delivery Act as primary client contact, building strong relationships and aligning services with strategic goals Manage resources to meet contractual obligations, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement Lead, train and develop the Workplace Experience team, including performance and conduct management Oversee M&E services, subcontractors, stock control and ensure operational procedures remain up to date Deliver excellent customer service, anticipating needs, resolving issues and maintaining satisfaction

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in FM with strong operational and service delivery focus Track record of delivering 5 services in multi-site corporate office environments
Skilled in managing and delivering soft services with high service standards Strong customer relationship management and ability to influence at all levels Excellent collaboration, stakeholder engagement and community building skills Commercially aware with good financial understanding and continuous improvement mindset IOSH Managing Safely qualification desirable
