The Cost Controller will be involved on projects with the responsibility of ensuring revenue is maximised and costs on the projects controlled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Budgets and Contractual requirements
- Ensure all areas of projects are aware of budget and contractual requirements
- Necessary variation orders are raised and costed, budgeted and forecasted
- Communicate and liaise with customers in relation to the projects cash flow/income
- Maintain records of the projects and cost control
- Produce project reports
- Support on finance when required PIMS/Payroll/Accounts Payable/Cash and Bank/ Management Accounts
- Admin duties
- Support on other activities
Skills:
- Fully Qualified, Part Qualified, QBE Accountant
- In Cost Accounting, Projects Cost Controlling, Project Accountant
