Purpose of Job



To assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operational function of the depot and any site works. To maintain the strictest standards of health and safety, ensuring that you adhere to health and safety best practices. Positively contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality standards and safe working methods. When required assist on the inspection of building requirements when they arrive at the depot, checking and recording for damage and tasks required. Prepare and move buildings so that they are ready to leave the depot as and when required by our internal and external customers. Ensure all depot and siteworks works are efficiently completed to the highest standards ensuring first time every time approach is fulfilled. Contribute the checking of quality of any buildings or accessories leaving the depot or on site. Ensure all furniture and accessories are checked for damage on return to the depot, removing any pieces of furniture from the cabins and returning them to storage. Assist in the safe loading and unloading of cabins, container buildings and materials, both in depot and on site ensuring they are stored in the correct place. Lead customer site visits, ensuring that you promote and highlight the benefits of our products and the Cleveland Group brand. Assist all other team/s in their day-to-day duties as and when necessary. Always maintain organisation and the highest level of cleanliness in the depot and any siteworks to ensure a safe working space. Adhere to current health and safety legislation and carry-out any necessary health and safety training. Carry-out any necessary training, completing this to the best of your ability and applying this learning to your daily work. This training can include forklift and site accommodation preparation training to better support the Hire team. Raise promptly health and safety concerns as and when they occur with the Operations Manager and Depot Manager. Adopt a customer-focused mindset, reflecting our customer centric 'Cleveland Can' value. Adopt a positive attitude to your work which reflects the above value and take pride in your work, completing work to the highest standard.

Site works - ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
