Yard Driver

Carsa Limited - Gloucester

Salary: OTE 30,500

Opportunity to earn up to 125 a week in bonuses plus uncapped overtime!

Hours: Monday to Sunday 5 on 5 off, 5 on 5 off,4 on 4 off shift pattern. Hours of work are 6am to 6pm covering an average of 40.25 hours per week, working only 15 days per month.

Job: We are looking for

Yard/Compound Drivers

to join our team at our new Preparation Centre.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a similar/ driving role Be able to use IT equipment Motivated and be able to work under pressure Be organised Have a Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points

What you will be doing:

Ensure a stock take is carried out daily at the start of the day, recording the information in a safe and secure manner Move vehicles around site & our off site storage compound Check internal system where cars are required and in which priority Report any damage or requirements via internal system Deliver cars to third parties and arrange collection when necessary Ensure all transporter deliveries are moved quickly into the correct lines When collections are due ensure all cars are ready to be loaded with required deal packs Booking in vehicles off 3rd party transporter companies and partners To assist in the management of the Yard to ensure a consistent smooth flow of work
