dedicated and hardworking Yard Labourer

to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to maintaining smooth operations, ensuring the yard is well-organised, and supporting the company's operational success.

Responsibilities:

Keep the yard clean, tidy, and organised by removing debris and maintaining a safe workspace. Safely load and unload materials from lorries, adhering to proper handling practices. Operate basic yard equipment, such as forklifts (training can be provided). Conduct routine equipment inspections and promptly report any maintenance requirements. Follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all. Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Provide support to other departments during peak periods or special projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

Previous experience in a similar yard or open storage role. Familiarity with operating machinery or equipment is a plus. A valid

driving licence

is preferred. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration.
