Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Yard Worker to join our team at Flair Window Installations. This role is essential in supporting our production operations by ensuring that materials are organized and readily available for our manufacturing processes. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our high standards of service and product quality.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain the yard area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Assist in loading and unloading materials for production. Ensure that all materials are stored correctly and accessible for production teams. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and report shortages to management. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times while performing yard duties. Support other team members in various tasks as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a yard or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills to interact with team members effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn.

Working hours

Monday to Thursday 6.30am to 3.15pm, Friday 6.30am to 2.45pm (12.30pm paid finish if weekly target met)
