Job Description

The role:

You will be working as part of a team, responsible for the safe and correct loading & offloading of finished goods and carrying out housekeeping duties while keep working towards high standard.

Polypipe Civils & Green Urbanisation design, develop and manufacture thermoplastic piping systems for civils and infrastructure projects with the industry's widest choice of water management, surface water drainage, sewer and cable protection systems.

Working hours:

Working Rotational shift each week, (Morning & Afters)

06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00

Key Accountabilities:

Filling out loading/picking lists daily. Operating Forklift truck and carrying out necessary checks before use. Ensuring to maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times. Work to build and maintain strong working relationships with your internal customers. Reporting to Yard shift leader to establish duties for the shift ahead. Ensure all tasks are carried out to the Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) provided by the management. At all times work in a manner that ensures the safety of you and all others in the work area. At all times keep in mind the Company's Guiding Principles and Values.

The person:

Able to accurately complete paperwork. Proven ability to work well within a team. Organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience working in manufacturing desirable but not essential. Willing and able to lean new skills. FLT Licence.

Pay Rate: 13.43 an hour
