Job Description

Hygiene and Safety of the Yard/Warehouse/Storage areas onsite.

Must hold a current driving licence

Effective communication with Transport Department regarding the receiving and dispatch of all equipment, machinery & materials.

Ensuring that all equipment due to leave the site for operational use are clean and checked prior to leaving.

Ensuring that all equipment & machinery are stored and controlled correctly and that they are prepared for operational use.

Placing orders and managing deliveries for site materials to the yard and sites.

Assisting in the loading/unloading of materials & equipment onto and off vehicle deliveries ensuring safe working practices are adhered to and keeping yard traffic moving.

Assisting in the refuelling of all machinery returned via the transport dept.

Ensuring customers are directed to safe parking/loading at all times.Duties:
- Assist with the construction and maintenance of outdoor structures, such as sheds, fences, and decks

- Prepare and level the ground for landscaping projects
- Plant and maintain gardens, including watering, weeding, and fertilizing
- Trim trees and shrubs to ensure a neat and tidy appearance
- Clean and organize the yard and storage areas

Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and tools
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail for precise measurements and cuts
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members

Pay: 110.00 per day
