We have an opportunity for a Yard Person to join our team in Portadown. In this role, you will help ensure the yard and equipment are well-organised and operational, supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
General yard duties, including loading and unloading vehicles. Organise materials and equipment, ensuring they are stored in designated areas. Ensure the yard and equipment are kept safe, clean and operational. Carry out basic maintenance and repairs on machinery and plant equipment. Safely operate a telehandler, including loading and unloading lorries.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role. Mechanical knowledge with hands on experience in plant maintenance and repair. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience operating a telehandler. Full valid UK driving licence. Experience in welding and fabrication is desirable
