32,916-45,351 per annum (dependent on experience/qualifications)

About the role

Are you a passionate, positive and committed Year 3 teacher ready to inspire young learners this September? At Heart of Supply, we're working with a range of excellent Lincolnshire schools seeking KS2 teachers who bring both creativity and structure to the classroom, and who are ready to make a difference at this important stage of learning.

Year 3 is a key transition year between the early years of primary and the more structured pace of upper KS2. We're looking for teachers who can nurture pupils through this shift, combining imaginative teaching with strong routines and supporting children as they build their independence, confidence and curiosity.

What you will need:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Recent experience teaching in KS2 (minimum 6 weeks in a UK primary school) A good understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and developmental needs of lower KS2 Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies A positive, enthusiastic mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children to thrive
