Wayman Education is looking for a Year 4 teacher in Elsworth, Cambridgeshire! This is an opportunity to work within an Outstanding primary school in East of England. The school is looking to appoint a class teacher who will enjoy teaching an academic yet creative, topic-based curriculum in a school with exceptional pastoral care.

KS2 Teacher Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons that challenge and inspire KS2 students to reach their full potential
• Monitor and assess students\' progress and keep regular records of KS2 students\' academic performance
• Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning
• Collaborate with school management, teaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support for KS2 students
• Prepare and participate in school-related activities such as performances, events, and parent/teacher meetings
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children
• Use a variety of effective classroom management strategies to ensure an orderly and safe learning environment

Year 4 Teacher requirements:

• QTS, PGCE and strong academic record
• Creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful and adaptable practitioner
• Passionate about learning
• Able to demonstrate a track record of success within a Year 4 environment
• Able to communicate your passion to children and parents
• Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom
