32,916-45,351 per annum (dependent on experience/qualifications)

About the role



Are you a confident, caring and capable Year 5 teacher looking for your next opportunity this September? Heart of Supply is working with a range of welcoming, well-supported primary schools across Lincoln and surrounding areas to recruit talented KS2 teachers who are ready to make an impact in upper Key Stage 2.

Whether you're interested in a full-time position, a longer-term role, or exploring new settings through supply, we'll match you with a school community that fits your strengths and preferences. Year 5 is a key transition year, and we're looking for teachers who can stretch and support pupils, preparing them for the demands of Year 6 while keeping learning engaging, purposeful and fun.

What you will need:



QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Recent experience teaching in KS2 (minimum 6 weeks in a UK primary school) A solid understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and how to prepare pupils for Year 6 Strong behaviour management, planning and differentiation skills A collaborative, proactive attitude with excellent communication A passion for helping pupils grow in confidence, independence and ambition
