What You will Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you will:
Requesting financial records from clients for their yearend accounts and tax returns.
Ensure all financial records received are complete, accurate, and up to date in preparation for the yearend closing process.
Reviewing and checking relevant statutory deadlines to ensure these are adhered to.
Submitting completed tax returns and accounts to HMRC/Companies House through accounting software.
Liaising with bookkeepers and payroll department to ensure all relevant documents are available to the yearend team.
Applying for the formation of limited companies on Companies House.
Communicate directly with clients to deliver a friendly, reliable service.
Managing and responding to emails.
Scanning documents to software.
Assist with general office operations to support team efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
Good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Great communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Proactive and organised, with a commitment to quality work

Pay: From 25,500.00 per year
