About the role



Gain valuable knowledge and experience of: + operational challenges faced on a mid-life
+ Project Management from planning to execution
+ the importance of workplace culture and teamwork
+ working in a practical operational environment on a self-perform operated site
Assist the team e.g. with: + statutory or year on year routine campaigns
+ end of life/life extensions studies
+ major component exchange
+ managing the day-to-day tasks of an offshore wind farm

Job requirements and experience



Youre an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement You have very good verbal and written communication skills Youre able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with Youre open to travel to other sites if needed. Travel expenses will be covered by us Motivation is crucial. Your cover letter will tell us why youre a suitable candidate for this opportunity, and how it aligns with your studies & career plans
