Duties

Provide professional barbering and hair styling services tailored to individual client needs Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the salon or barber shop Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing and barbering Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times Assist in maintaining the organisation of tools, products, and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their service

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, hair styling, or barbering roles is preferred Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written Formal training or certification in barbering or hairdressing is desirable Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Friendly, professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills Organised and punctual with a commitment to providing outstanding client care Knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and product use is advantageous
