As a

Youth Care Mentor

, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of our young people, helping them navigate challenges, develop independence, and build a brighter future.

What You'll Do:

As a Youth Care Mentor, your role is about more than care -- it's about building

positive, trusting relationships

and

guiding young people

through important stages of their lives. Your daily duties will include:

Supporting daily routines, from morning wake-ups to evening reflections. Promoting life skills, independence, and emotional resilience. Creating meaningful experiences -- from home-cooked meals to football games, cinema nights, and go-karting trips. Providing consistency and stability to help young people feel safe and understood. Completing care records and working closely with the wider team to deliver personalised support.

: Competitive base salary

80 per sleep-in

250 welcome bonus

(after 6-month probation)

What We're Looking For:

driver with a full UK licence

(held for at least 12 months) Experienced in residential childcare (1 year preferred - but not essential)
