At The Prince\'s Trust, we\'re passionate about supporting young people aged 11 to 30 to get into jobs, education and training. We\'ve got an exciting opportunity for somebody enthuisatic to join our vibrant London Enterprise Team to work as a Youth Development Lead, to support young people exploring and launching businesses! This role is hybrid, but will require you to be in the office upto 3 days per week to collaborate with your team, with flexibility to travel across London.

You will join one of our Enterprise Programmes in Poplar. Our Enterprise Programme ensures Young People have the tools and skills they need to launch their businesses through our Explore Enterprise Course and offer mentoring, workshops, and funding to support new entrepreneurs at every stage of their business start-up journey!

What does a Youth Development Lead do?

As a Youth Development Lead (YDL), you will be at the heart of our Delivery Team. Each day is different and there are always exciting projects for you to get involved in! Your day-to-day activities to make an impact will include:

• Reporting any safeguarding concerns for young people on your caseload. This includes completing complex risk assessments, liaising with external agencies, and producing safeguarding reports.
• Delivering workshops and training on entrepreneurship, both face-to-face and digitally.
• Supporting the development of Young People\'s business plans and assisting young people to assure viability of personal finances.
• Working closely with volunteers and partner organisations to support our Young People.
