Youth Pastor - Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Pastor to join the team at our school New Level Academy a school with a strong Christian ethos. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to guiding and supporting young individuals in their spiritual growth and personal development. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient in using sound production software and capable of facilitating workshops on digital media, including sound and picture.

Responsibilities

Organize and lead engaging youth group activities, events, and services. Provide spiritual guidance, counseling, and support to young members of our school and local community. Develop and deliver inspiring and relevant sermons tailored to a youth audience. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all young people. Collaborate with school leaders to integrate youth programs into the overall school ministry. Engage with parents and families to support the holistic development of young individuals. Facilitate workshops on digital media, including sound and picture production, to enhance youth engagement.
Experience

Previous experience working with youth in a pastoral or educational setting. Ability to communicate effectively with young people and adults. Strong public speaking skills to deliver engaging sermons and presentations. Proficiency in sound production software is essential. Knowledge of dance as a means of expression and engagement with youth is desirable.

Pay: 20,427.00-23,747.00 per year
