Zing Tactical Manager

Salary:

28,000 per annum + performance bonus

Type:

Permanent, Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week)

and play a key role in delivering and overseeing exciting field marketing campaigns across the North of England.

What You'll Do:

Ensure all campaign activities are fully staffed, completed, and reported on time Use tools like MyWorks and Team Haven to monitor campaign progress and drive improvements Support and manage our Activators through chat, inboxes, and on-the-ground visits Identify staffing needs and work with recruitment to fill coverage gaps Analyse data and trends to boost engagement and performance Collaborate with internal teams and represent Zing professionally with clients and retailers

Experience managing people and performance Great problem-solving skills and initiative Confident communicator via phone, email, and chat Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Organised, adaptable, and able to work at pace Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering results

Travel & Flexibility:

This is a field-based role with some travel, occasional overnight stays, and flexibility between 8:00am-6:00pm. Occasional overnight stays may be required (typically 1-2 nights per week, depending on activities). Weekend or out-of-hours work may also be necessary on a rotational basis or to support key campaigns
