About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an
ambitious and motivated Project Lead
to join their established Oxford office.
You'll take a leading role in the
planning, delivery, and performance of key MEP and multidisciplinary projects
, working with an experienced and supportive team that values technical excellence, integrity, and collaboration.
This is a client-facing leadership position, suited to someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to contribute to the continued growth and success of a well-respected regional office.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
planning, execution, and delivery
of projects, ensuring high-quality results and commercial success.
Manage all aspects of
design, project management, and financial performance
for medium and large-scale MEP projects.
Act as the
main client contact
, building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Define project briefs, lead internal and external communications, and manage resources effectively.
Collaborate closely with office leadership on
strategic growth
and
business development
initiatives.
Promote a culture of
technical excellence, innovation, and sustainability
within the team.
Support and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Manage project risk, governance, and compliance to ensure consistent delivery standards.
Champion collaboration across disciplines to deliver outstanding project outcomes.

About You
You'll be an experienced
Project Lead or Senior Engineer
with a background in
building services or MEP consultancy
. You'll bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership capability, and commercial acumen -- along with a passion for delivering outstanding client results.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven track record leading projects within an
MEP or building services
environment.
Strong communication and client relationship skills, with confidence engaging at all levels.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Sound technical knowledge of relevant design standards and regulations.
Collaborative, proactive, and capable of working independently when required.
Experience mentoring or developing others within a team.
IT literate, with working knowledge of relevant design and project management software.
A positive, open-minded approach, with a
drive for excellence and continuous improvement
