Duties will include
Operate and maintain the Zund digital cutting machine. Work with production orders to view customer jobs, due dates and identify priorities. Responsible for passing work to and communicating with the development & sales team. Using our Laminator, to laminate both roll and rigid substrates, as well as applying tapes to products on the Bench when required, before commencing work on the digital cutter. Willing to help out in all aspects of production as & when required, to meet customer needs.
Essential skills
The successful applicant will be working as part of a growing team. You will need good communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring high standards are kept at all times with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience/knowledge of operating Kongsberg or Zund flatbed cutter is essential. The ability to understand and interpret CAD software, preferably Auto Cad or similar. To have worked in a manufacturing environment before. Flexible attitude to overtime. Maintain the highest standards of work and quality checking.
