Job Description

Source Supply are working closely with a number of schools across Teesside to recruit exceptional teaching assistants to provide day-to-day, short and long-term cover, working on a 1-to-1 basis with children who require additional support.

Starting as soon as possible, these temporary positions are ideal for both newly qualified and more experienced teaching assistants looking for flexibility and the opportunity to work across a range of schools and settings.

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or be able to evidence they are working towards this).

- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.

- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.

- Be comfortable supporting the class teacher to deliver a range of lessons.

- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
