Job Description

Source Supply are looking to recruit committed Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day, short and long-term cover, working on a 1:1 basis with children who require additional support with their learning.

These temporary cover positions are ideal for 1:1 Teaching Assistants looking for the convenience of flexibility, and the opportunity to work in a range of different schools and settings.

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or be able to evidence they are working towards this).

- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.

- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.

- Be comfortable supporting the class teacher to deliver a range of lessons.

- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
