Job Description
Are you a compassionate, patient, and proactive Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding 1:1 role? We are seeking a dedicated individual to support a Year 4 boy who faces challenges with
language processing, social interaction, and classroom integration
.About the Role:
You will work closely with the child to:
Facilitate his
communication and interaction
with peers. Encouragere-engagement in learning activities
through tailored support. Break down andscaffold instructions
to help him access learning confidently and at his own pace. Help reduce the overwhelm he experiences ingroup work settings
.Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone with experience in:
Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) strategies.
Visual supports and social stories
to aid understanding and communication. Supporting children withASD or speech and language difficulties
.You'll work collaboratively with the school's excellent
SEN team
andexternal specialists
to ensure the child's needs are met effectively.What We Offer:
