Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supports assigned area managers during all field force administration phases (field force design and resource allocation, territory design, sales target/call plan setting, performance evaluation and monitoring etc.)

- Responsible for providing inputs related to field force size, structure and deployment within the assigned team

- Implementation and monitoring of sales target, call planning, segmentation and targeting processes at pharmacy/account/physician level

- Incentive scheme design and implementation (goal setting, reporting, payout calculation)

- Responsible for Sales Force Effectiveness tools management for the assigned area

- Definition and implementation of clear and usable KPIs dashboard at national / FLM / representative level; KPI Monitoring

- Contact point for all information related to Veeva

- Project management within the Veeva domain

- Managing queries from field and head office associates e.g. having the right set up in the system

- Managing data quality in Veeva and Salesforce

- Managing data in the Customer

This is a hybrid role with 12 days per month in the Novartis head office in White City in London.

This role is not eligible for visa support or relocation.

Minimum requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:
- Likely to come from a technical customer service background and/or have systems administration experience
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault is desirable
- Technical background with an interest in systems
- Problem solving nature
- Logical and methodical approach
