Job Description

We are recruiting self-motivated and enthusiastic support workers to provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities within their own homes. You need to be proactive to enable individuals to have choice and access to leisure and social activities. The role includes intimate personal care: showering/bathing, dressing or undressing, assisting with toileting, supporting individuals with their finances along with administering/auditing their medication, meal preparation or support with this. You will have an understanding of the importance of social inclusion, promoting independence and enabling positive life choices.

What will be expected from me?

Essential requirements:



Candidates must be willing to complete any qualifications and training necessary should they be successful. Candidates will need to provide certificates of previous qualifications should they be successful.
