!We are seeking a driven and innovative engineering Structural Engineering leader to spearhead the development of our new Structural engineering Project. This role offers a rare opportunity to combine hands-on engineering expertise with business ownership, contributing to the design, testing, and delivery of a product that will shape the future of construction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the engineering design of NABE Panels, including: Connection details Loadings Substructure Roof integration Window systems Collaborate closely with operatives to manufacture panels and implement design amendments where required. Manage testing, certification, and sign-off with
BOPAS
. ProduceBuilding Control Drawing Packages
and supporting information packs. Standardise the NABE Panel design into a scalable package for use across multiple developments. Drive innovation by developing new ideas and technologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.What We Offer
