Role Summary



The 3PL & Fulfilment Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL fulfilment clients. This role manages order processing, warehouse coordination, inventory control, WMS setup, vendor pricing communication, invoicing, and import/export documentation. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain excellent client communication while supporting efficient warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities



1. 3PL Fulfilment Key Account Management



Serve as the main point of contact for 3PL fulfilment clients. Manage end-to-end daily client communications, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries and operational issues. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely execution of orders.

2. Pricing & Vendor Coordination



Prepare and manage quotations for 3PL fulfilment clients. Negotiate pricing with external vendors such as hauliers, courier partners, and other service providers. Support cost-optimisation initiatives and maintain competitive rate structures.

3. WMS & Warehouse Systems Management



Oversee onboarding of new clients into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Manage client and product profile setup, SKU configuration, and data entry. Coordinate API integrations between clients' seller accounts and the WMS platform.

4. Inventory Management



Maintain accurate daily inventory records for eCommerce fulfilment and freight clients. Prepare routine and customised inventory reports based on client needs. (Preferred) Apply basic demand forecasting to anticipate stock requirements.

5. Invoicing & Billing



Manage monthly client invoicing. Ensure invoices are accurate and aligned with agreed service terms and SLAs. Handle and resolve billing queries in a timely manner.

6. Exports & Imports Coordination



Handle communication and invoicing for UK export clients. Manage communication and invoicing for UK import clients. Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.

Requirements



Proven experience in warehouse management or fulfilment roles, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software. Experience with stock management, picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes. Strong organisational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This role is vital for maintaining seamless fulfilment operations within our organisation, ensuring timely delivery whilst upholding safety standards across all activities. Analytical ability for reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making. Experience with pricing, vendor negotiation, or rate management. Previous exposure to export/import documentation and freight operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
