Warehouse Team Leader - 3PL Fulfilment

family-owned 3PL and Amazon FBA Prep Centre
, helping e-commerce sellers across Europe store, prepare, and ship their products with care. We're a small but growing team whereevery individual matters
and we're looking for aWarehouse Team Leader
who wants to make a real difference.If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy improving processes, this is your chance to help shape how our warehouse runs day to day. You'll take ownership of order scheduling, dispatch performance, and accuracy and lead a small, committed team that takes pride in doing things right.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the team to hit
despatch SLAs
and accuracy targets Manageorder scheduling
and daily workflow Maintainhigh standards
of quality and safety Motivate the team and drive small, continuous improvements Work closely with management toshape positive change
About You:
Experience in a
warehouse or 3PL leadership role
Hands-on, team-focused approach Excellent organisation and communication skills Passion for improving systems and processesWhat We Offer:
