Warehouse Supervisor

to support operations at our 3PL site in Redditch.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, quality control, and dispatch. Ensure safe handling of furniture and large items, including high-value and bespoke products. Be a point of escalation between Nick Scali & the 3PL provider. Maintain accurate stock control and ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time. Collaborate with 3PL staff and leadership to ensure procedures are followed correctly. Work closely with transport and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Deputise in the absence of the 3PL Warehouse Manager.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience within warehouse retail, furniture, or large-item logistics. Ability to work autonomously. Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic IT tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. Comfortable working in a busy environment where quality and customer satisfaction are key.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
