Summary

We are seeking a skilled 5th Axis Miller to join our team in the UK. This role is vital in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality precision components for our diverse client base. Based at our UK facility, you will contribute to maintaining our reputation for engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

Operate and set up 5th Axis milling machines to produce complex precision parts. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing. Maintain machine calibration and perform routine maintenance. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize machining processes. Ensure quality standards are met through inspection and testing. Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workshop environment. Document machining processes and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating 5th Axis milling machines. Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks. Skilled in fabrication, tooling, and assembly processes. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications. Knowledge of materials handling and welding is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
