Starel Stones is a leading UK supplier of premium marble, granite, and natural stone tiles, slabs, and mosaics. Our products are imported from our factory partners in Turkey and distributed to customers and construction projects across the UK.

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable

7.5 Tonne Driver

to join our logistics team based in

Southampton

. This is a hands-on role involving driving, loading, and unloading stone materials.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle to deliver marble and stone materials to customers, warehouses, and construction sites Load and unload heavy goods using lifting equipment or manually where necessary Ensure loads are secure and comply with safety regulations Complete delivery paperwork, logs, and vehicle inspection reports accurately Maintain the vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition Follow company health and safety policies at all times Support the warehouse team when required

Requirements

Valid UK

Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) licence

Valid

Driver CPC

and

Digital Tachograph Card

Previous experience driving 7.5T vehicles (experience with construction or stone materials preferred) Physically fit - able to handle heavy stone materials safely Strong communication skills and professional attitude Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
