We're looking for a

reliable, hands-on 7.5T delivery driver

to join our growing team and help keep Scotland's coffee scene stocked with the good stuff.

What the role involves

A typical shift will include:

Collecting your van or wee lorry from our farm in

Mauchline early in the morning (1-3am start)

Completing

daily vehicle safety checks

Confirming your delivery load and route plan Heading out on your run using an

Android tablet

showing your schedule and supporter drops Delivering milk and products to cafes, retailers, and supporters across your route Representing Mossgiel proudly - you're the face of the dairy on the road

The reality (and why it matters)

This is real-life logistics - not every day runs perfectly.

Sometimes:

milk isn't ready exactly on time last-minute order changes happen you may need to load part of the van yourself routes can change as we grow (new supporters join weekly) a drop may be closed unexpectedly

What you'll need

full UK driving licence

Minimum 7.5T entitlement

A valid

CPC

A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude The ability to work independently and handle change on the go
