TLS Tutorials is seeking a committed and enthusiastic

ABA Tutor

to join a well-established, home-based education and therapy programme supporting an 11-year-old learner with

Autism, ADHD, and Dyspraxia

. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a structured and highly supportive SEN environment.

The Role:

The successful candidate will deliver

1:1 ABA-informed sessions

as part of an existing programme, working closely with the family and a multidisciplinary SEN team. The learner is verbal, highly observant and responds best to a calm, flexible and engaging approach, with an emphasis on choice-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured 1:1 ABA-based sessions Follow and contribute to an established ABA programme Work collaboratively with SEN teachers, therapists, and the wider team Monitor progress and adapt strategies in line with the learner's needs Maintain consistent, positive behaviour support
Person Specification

Experience delivering ABA interventions (preferred but not essential; training can be provided) Confidence working with demand avoidance / PDA-informed approaches Calm, patient, and flexible teaching style Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative working
